PROFESSIONAL BREWING & DISTILLING ESSENTIALS

We realize that not all interested potential students are able to physically attend the 6 Week and 13 Week Professional Brewing & Distilling Technology (PBDT)courses due to time or distance. Therefore we have opened up a professional level training option by making the lecture component from the PBDT certificate program available in real time online. Students attend our in-session PBDT lectures “virtually” in real-time with your classmates. (However if you are unable to attend a lecture in real time, all lectures will be video-recorded and accessible throughout the session.)

Each student will receive weekly Challenge Questions and Topics that will ensure they keep up with what they need to know to be successful in this course. Three Challenge Assignments (at the 4 week, 8 week, and 13 week intervals in the session) will be provided for the student to complete and return to the BDC’s Classroom Coordinator which will be criteria for certification from the Brewing & Distilling Center.
