Why I brew/distill:

Helping raising awareness of the quality craft spirits that are being made right here in Knoxville – along with the enjoyment of connecting to folks who have a passion for craft spirits.

Why I teach at BDC:

To inspire, and more importantly- prepare others who want to begin a rewarding career in the craft distilling industry.
