Why I brew/distill:
I owned Brewtopia homebrew shop in Athens, GA for three years in the mid-'90s and made so many great friends in the beer industry.
Why I teach at BDC:
To spread my love of classic beer styles and knowledge of off-flavors.

Cask-conditioned ale, hop varieties, yeast metabolism.
