My current passion or focus:
My one and a half year old takes up most of my passion and focus haha
Past lives:
Everything from digging ditches for my plumber uncle, to manager at an ice rink, to where I am today!
Hobbies:
Outdoorsy stuff when/if I have time.
Why I brew/distill:
Because I love the smell of brew days!
Why I teach at BDC:
I love sharing my passion for brewing with other individuals that are like minded.
Favorite brewing/distilled related topic:
Hops and yeast and exploring different techniques with those ingredients is one of my favorite things currently.
