About the event
While Barrel House will be “reveling in vikingness” July 29th, 11:30 AM – Jul 31, 9:00 PM. We the Brewing & Distilling Center, will be on tap Saturday, July 30th from 6 pm – 8pm with our drinking horns full of answers for all questions regarding professional brewing and distilling training and fun home brewing classes on offer at the BDC just around the corner.
Gypsy Circus Barrelmaster, Daniel Delph will be around to discuss all things fermented; cider, mead, beer, kombucha, tepache, you name it, he's brewed it and brewed it well. So bring your fascination and questions about brewed beverages and let's celebrate Freyja and her team of sled pulling cats. MEAD-ow, MEAD-ow!
This traditional festival is about the abundance of crops in the summer time, including crops such as HONEY for MEAD! Naturally, we love that!
